≪Symposium on rare metals strategy and how to proceed catalyst development≫

The expansion of use of automotive catalyst, hydrogen production catalyst, and fuel cell-related catalyst in the

world are greatly influenced by the world trends on the resources, such as noble metal and rare metal. In this symposium, Professor Takashi Nakamura who is the leading person of resources strategy is going to have a speech on the reduction of noble metal which utilizes light rare earth elements based on the examples of automotive catalyst, hydrogen production catalyst, and fuel cell-related catalyst. Also we are going to discuss about big data and the development of methodology of the new practical use catalytic development to utilize simulation.
