This laboratory has been R&D for devices and systems with high-performance, high-precision, and high-reliability having low fluctuation and noise level, based on novel semiconductor circuit, device, process and evaluation techniques. We are pursuing for the depths of these techniques including system, algorithm, architecture, circuit, device, process, manufacturing equipment, component, material, utility and so forth, which are targetting for electronic devices and
equipments. While aggressively promoting industry-academia collaboration, we are trying to educate our students for management of technology.
