(22) Guidance of using "Latest dicing base for MEMS"
Set up a state-of-the-art stealth dicing machine (MAHOH), we have the everyone of the Si wafer our use your contract processing business for dividing the chip, such as the number of companies in this base.
This opportunity, I have you considering the use of stealth dicing technology in this site, so please take advantage to everyone of the business, we guide. In stealth dicing technology, the MEMS wafer and LSI wafer, "white cut" but, because it can be divided into chips by not pour water "dry process", can no significant effect to the conventional dicing method is expected to you.

Upon actual especially the development of MEMS devices with the fragile structure, we recommend that you use this technology from the time of the design, prototyping and development.

The base is in cooperation with equipment manufacturers, supports the stealth dicing technology, we will strive to spread this. I hope that you can contribute to the expansion of the entire MEMS business scale by the operation of the Institute
Doing. In addition, because it introduces the "MEMS consignment development base" and "MEMS consignment production base" in the Sendai region, those who need, please contact Esashi.
